1. The workshop

AI READY is a live training workshop of 3 sessions of 2 hours each on using AI tools for everyday work and study. The dates, timing and mode (online or in person) are published on this website before registrations open.

2. Registration

• You must give accurate details when you register. We use them to contact you about the workshop.
• Your seat is confirmed only after your payment is received and verified. You then see a confirmation with your registration ID; keep it for any request.
• One registration admits one participant.
• Participants under 18 must register with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Fees and payment

• The workshop fee is ₹2,200 per participant, as shown on this website at the time of payment.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• If your payment fails or is debited without your seat being confirmed, follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Fees are non-refundable once paid, but a seat can be transferred. Refunds are made if we cancel the workshop. The full rules are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Delivery and changes to the schedule

Joining details are shared with the email address or phone number you registered with, as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. If we must change a session date or time, we will tell registered participants in advance.

6. Participant conduct

• Be respectful to the trainer and other participants.
• Do not record, rebroadcast or share session access links without our written permission.
• Do not enter confidential or other people's personal information into AI tools during exercises.
• We may remove a participant who disrupts a session, without a refund.

7. Course materials

Session notes, prompt lists, workflow examples and other materials are for your personal learning. You may not resell, republish or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued only where this website states that one is included.

9. No guaranteed outcomes

The workshop is educational. We do not guarantee any job, income, grade or business result. AI tools discussed in the sessions are operated by third parties, whose features, prices and terms may change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the workshop is limited to the fee you paid for it.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to registrations made after the “Last updated” date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at India.
