1. Information we collect

• Registration details: name, phone number, email address, participant type, organization, city and, if you add them, your learning goals.
• Payment references: the fee amount, payment status and the order and payment IDs from Razorpay. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords; you enter those only with Razorpay.
• Technical data: our server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site running and secure.

2. How we use it

• To register you, confirm your seat and match your payment to your registration.
• To send workshop information such as joining details, schedule changes, notes and resources.
• To answer your questions and handle transfer or refund requests.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Consent

You give consent when you submit the registration form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already done, and we may still keep records we are required to keep by law.

4. Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment. Your name, email and phone are passed to Razorpay checkout, and Razorpay handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers that host this website or send messages for us, only as needed to provide those services.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies it needs to process a payment securely.

6. How long we keep it

We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed to run the workshop and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection and access to registration data is restricted to the people who run the workshop. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to us at the email or phone number on our Contact page with your registration ID. We reply within 2 working days.

9. Children

Participants under 18 may register only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date when we do.
