Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by you

Once your seat is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable, including if you miss one or more sessions.

2. Transferring your seat

If you cannot attend, you can transfer your paid seat instead of cancelling:

• to another person, or
• to a later batch of the same workshop, if one is announced.

Send the request to the email or phone number on our Contact page before the first session starts, with your registration ID and, for a transfer to someone else, their name, email and phone number. A seat can be transferred once.

3. Cancellation or rescheduling by us

• If we cancel the workshop, you receive a full refund of the fee.
• If we move it to new dates, you can attend on the new dates or ask for a full refund within 7 days of our announcement.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

• If money was debited but your seat was not confirmed, contact us with the payment date and amount. If the payment reached us, we will either confirm your seat or refund it in full.
• If you were charged more than once for the same seat, the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Payments that fail at the bank are usually reversed to you automatically by your bank.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and are initiated within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

6. Contact

We reply to cancellation, transfer and refund requests within 2 working days.
