AI READY is a training service. TEFY Consultancy does not ship any physical products; nothing is sent by post or courier.

1. What you receive

  • Access to 3 live sessions of 2 hours each, on the dates published on this website.
  • Digital resources such as session notes, a tool and prompt list and workflow examples.

2. When you receive it

  • Immediately after payment: your seat is confirmed on screen with your registration ID.
  • Before the first session: joining details (meeting link or venue) are sent to the email address or phone number you registered with.
  • During or after the sessions: the digital resources are shared with participants.

3. If something does not arrive

If you have not received joining details 24 hours before the first session, contact us at the email or phone number on our Contact page with your registration ID. Please also check your spam folder.
